GeoLOGIC also performs soil and groundwater investigations otherwise know as Phase II investigations.
A Phase II is implemented to qualitatively confirm suspected environmental impairments generally resulting from conclusions and/or recommendations from the Phase I ESA. A Phase II will generally follow the Phase I Site Assessment if the environmental liability associated with the potential presence of contaminants warrants further investigation. A Phase II provides a more comprehensive and detailed review of the property and allows the opportunity to further understand the suspected environmental impairments.
